Do I Get My Tickets
Your
Tickets are sent to you via email. The email tickets will contain the
Confirmation Number that is securing your reservation, pick up times and
locations and any other vital information.
When
Do I get my tickets?
Please
allow 48 to 72 hours for you to receive your tickets via email.
How
do I reserve Tickets?
Follow
these instructions below:
- Reserve your Tickets -
By Clicking the
"Reserve" button below and completing the payment pages
HawaiiVacationSite.com will start the reservation process. You will not
be charged unless we can make your reservation.
- e-Ticket - A
Confirmation Number issued
by the activity provider will be sent to you via email from
HawaiiVacationSite.com. This email is your e-Ticket, please print it.
- Payments - Upon
receiving a your reservation request HawaiiVacationSite.com will
charge your credit card for the full price of the ticket(s).
- Cancellations - 100%
Refund*. You will receive a 100% refund for cancelled tickets. If we are unable to complete your reservation you we will not charge your
credit card. *Cancellation
Fee of 10% For
Tours provided by Roberts Hawaii. You will be charged by Roberts Hawaii for these reservations.
The Refund process will be begin immediately upon a cancellation, however
your credit may take up to 30 days before it is available on your
card. The cancellation policy at each Reserve button as specified on
an activities description/fact sheet will supercede the 100% Refund
Policy
(Note: Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the reserved
activity time.)
