You can cancel any reservation at anytime.
To cancel:
- During the check out process
- don't complete the form or click "Continue"
- After you have received your e-tickets with confirmation information.
Open to the e-ticket email we sent and click Reply in your email program.
In the subject line add cancel tickets.
your subject line should read:
Subject: Cancel Tickets - _ _ _ etickets HawaiiVacationSite.com
(_ _ _ is your order number, already in the subject line)
Make sure you use the Reply button that way you insure all the
necessary information we need is in the email.
- Once you are in Hawaii.
You must call the activity provider to cancel 24 hrs before your scheduled Reservation Time. After canceling the reservation be sure to call HawaiiVacationSite.com to let
us know you have cancelled your reservation. As long as you cancel 24 hours before you scheduled reservation time you will receive a
FULL REFUND for the cancelled tickets.
